Holding a PhD in Civil Engineering, Mr. Eugene Rozumovich has more than 10 years experience in scientific research and development of Non-Destructive Testing Methodologies, with spatial monitoring and acoustic emission signal analysis of structural deformation and damage sources, and has more than 10 years experience in Enterprise Fixed Asset Management solutions implementation, as well as computerized inventory control for industrial, corporate and warehouse environments.

Mr. Eugene Rozumovich directed, managed and overlooked projects for organizations such as Environment Canada, CBSA, Federal APD – three New York and Dallas airports, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, etc. He has published 7 articles, and holds 4 patents.
