Holding a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Eduard Levin is a Director of R&D department, and has over 25 years experience in scientific research and development in RFID systems, radar, sonar, and propagation of UHF electromagnetic waves, as well as automated devices for detection, ranging and recognition.

Mr. Eduard Levin has published over 50 papers in refereed journals and continues his involvement in conference proceedings on signal and image processing and communications. He is the owner of 13 patents on RF and acoustic methods and devices.
